First time ever at a Sports Clips, wait time online said 0 minutes, I walked in and sat right down. Super friendly staff, Caitlin was fast and friendly. Would recommend to everyone.

Checked in online came in 15 min prior was number one stylist ignored it and bumped me for a number two at the scheduled time I would understand if it was because that consumer had preference on stylus but both of us said first available which wasted additional 15 minutes of my time not doing sports clips again.
